Sleepy now

Boy! What a day! We sat at the back of the show because we were a bit late arriving, but because we were at the back we were higher up, and we could see almost the entire show from there. There were a lot of cars – almost a thousand, I think I heard someone say – but what interested me the most was how many dogs there were.

I lost count. Big dogs, small dogs, young dogs, old dogs. I met nice dogs, and even got snapped at and chomped on by a cranky ol’ poo of some kind – barely bigger than me, but thought he could take liberties and wrapped his smelly snout around my nose. I showed him.

I met a lot of nice ladies at the show. Someone once called me a chick magnet, and I guess I proved that today. They were all nice – some of them even came back to see me later in the day – to see me, not the car, and one lovely lady saw me in the parking lot at the hotel later on, and called out “Hi Rusty!” She knew me before I knew her! I feel so special.

Anyway – friends, fun, Sun – what could make a little puppy happier than that. I’m tired now, and after I play with Em for a while I’m going to go to sleep.
