I’ve been excruciatingly busy over the past week, playing with Jay’s mom and getting to know her, taking her for walks and whatnot, so it’s been quite difficult to get here to do this.

One of those walks was two days ago, when we piled into the car and drove over to a place called Glenmore Park. It was very nice, with nice and easy footpaths and all the reservoir water and so on. Very pretty. I met a lot of people, which of course was good for my ego because they always make a point of bending over and telling me how cute I am.

Today Em and Jay took me back there, and wouldn’t you know it: one couple, walking the other way, piped up as we passed by, “Hello Rusty.” Of course, I turned and looked as they receded into the distance, but I just couldn’t remember them. I smiled as I walked on.

Anyway, here I am on a recent trip to Kananaskis.
